How can I order from the DrinksBot?
You can order small to medium quantities of drinks from the DrinksBot by adding us to your Slack channel. (Slack Chatbot Coming Soon!) Or you’re having a party or event please email with your order to email@example.com.
How do I found out detailed drinks information when in Slack?
You just need to come to the home page of our website and you will be able to view all of the details of the current drinks catalogue. (Slack Chatbot Coming Soon!)
Where do I find allergy, Vegan, Vegetarian information about your drinks?
All of our drinks are labelled and we have provided detailed product information in the drinks catalogue. Please contact us if you need further allergy information at firstname.lastname@example.org.

How do I create an account?
You can create an account by visiting DrinksBot.me and using your email to sign up. You will need to provide payment details and an office address for your account so that we can get you started straight away. (Slack Chatbot Coming Soon!)
How do I delete my account?
Log onto your account and click the delete my account button.
How many users per team can I have registered?
You can have 1 person registered to your Slack DrinksBot account.
How does DrinksBot Slack Chatbot work?
DrinksBot is a Slack app which allows you to order on demand drinks on Thursday or Friday to your office. We aim to bring you a unique selection of drinks as quickly as we can. When you place an order with DrinksBot, we receive it and send it off to our craft brewers or wine merchants and assign a courier to bring your order to you.
How often does the drinks catalogue change?
We review the drinks catalogue on weekly basis to make sure that we what's in stock. We make major changes to the drinks range on a monthly basis. Some of the drinks we supply are limited editions and so once they are gone, they are gone! However we keep changing and adding to the range so we're sure you'll find new favourites. :)
How much do the drinks cost?
The price of our craft drinks is in our Drinks Catalogue. In addition we charge a delivery charge.
Why have my drinks come in a random box from Tesco or Pringles?
We at the DrinksBot believe in doing our bit to save the Planet! :) To that end we are using boxes that would have been thrown away by our Local Tesco's @ 262 Poplar High Street to bring you our Drinks. We say a massive thank you to our friends Monda and Sathyan that are supporting DrinksBot with their kind act of letting us re-use the boxes to get your drinks to you safely.
Where do you deliver?
We will deliver to Central and East London. We will be expanding to other areas in London and internationally. So watch this space for new delivery areas.
What are your hours?
You can place an order for parties and events for any working day via email. Our Slack Chatbot only works Thursdays and Fridays between 9am-8pm. We deliver for events Monday - Friday.
How does DrinksBot calculate when my order will arrive?
An estimated delivery time is calculated by our courier partners. You will be able to track your order and know when your craft drinks are near!
Is there any packaging with my order?
We at DrinksBot think that extra packaging is not necessary. We won't add any unless required to to help our couriers. We’re doing our bit to be more environmentally friendly. You will get a little card that says thank you for your order.
Do I need ID to accept a delivery?
No. We may ask you to prove your age if our courier is in any doubt about the age of the person receiving your order.
Do I need to verify my age?
DrinksBot is only available to people over the age of 18. When you sign up to our service, we ask you to verify your age.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payments via Stripe our third party payments platform. For parties and events we accept bank transfer.
How do I edit my payment information?
Please log onto your account and add a new card and delete the old card.
What happens if I make a mistake with my order?
You will be asked to confirm your order and get the opportunity to amend your order before submitting it.
What happens if I am unhappy with the service?
We hope that you’ll love our service, but we know that mistakes sometimes happen. We will take your feedback so that we can improve and give you a discount from your next order. Please email email@example.com to provide your feedback.
What happens if there is a problem with my delivery?
What happens if my drinks arrive and I am not satisfied with the condition they are in?
Please take a photo and send a quick email showing us why you are dissatisfied with the condition that the drinks have arrived in. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 07843738584 and we'll be happy to help.
Can I suggest a craft drink to stock?
We’re always finding new craft beers, wines, alcoholic drinks and non-alcoholic drinks. We’d love to know your favourites, so please get in touch and tell us. We’ll look at them and use your feedback to work with new suppliers. Please send your drinks suggestion to email@example.com and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
